Guide customers through each stage of the WinChoice Customer Journey. Coordinate with internal teams to support scheduling, installation readiness, and issue resolution. Build customer loyalty by promoting our referral program and requesting referrals at key milestones. Request and manage online reviews following completed installations. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs in HubSpot. Monitor customer accounts to ensure follow-up expectations and service standards are consistently met. Escalate customer concerns promptly to ensure timely resolution. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
