Role’s Responsibilities: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, effectively guiding strategy, growth, and business improvement. Support strategy workshops and brainstorming sessions with the executive and senior leadership teams. Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights across the organization. Support the planning, analysis and management of UAP’s portfolio of top strategic initiatives. Lead automation efforts for data entry to support tracking of top strategic Initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, economics, statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, strategy consulting or similar roles. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are essential for this role. Expertise in advanced analytics techniques (regression, clustering, etc.) and tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.). Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
