Zu Ihren Aufgaben in vertretender und unterstützender Form gehören u.a.:

· Proaktiv beraten Sie alle Unternehmensbereiche und führen Betriebsbegehungen durch – für einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz

· Dazu wirken Sie federführend bei der Erstellung von Unfallstatistiken, -analysen, -berichten und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie bei der Maschinenabnahme gemäß den gesetzlichen und unternehmensinternen Anforderungen mit.

· Ihre einschlägigen Erfahrungen als Arbeitssicherheitsfachkraft werden Ihnen nützlich sein, um Schulungsunterlagen zu erstellen und Unterweisungen rund um die Themen Ergonomie, Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz durchzuführen.

· So sorgen Sie für ein sicherheitsgerechtes Verhalten der Beschäftigten und können bei sicherheitsrelevanten Themen und Projekten gemäß Goodyear-Standard mitarbeiten

· Qualifikation zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit mit Anerkennung durch eine Berufsgenossenschaft

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit oder Umweltschutz zwingend erforderlich

· Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln
