Description du poste Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) professionnelle de la paie expérimenté(e), capable de piloter les processus en lien avec notre prestataire externe tout en assurant la fiabilité des données et le respect des obligations sociales. Missions : Assurer le suivi opérationnel de la paie externalisée en lien avec notre prestataire. Piloter les échanges entre les opérationnels ( et le prestataire via les outils de ticketings Répondre aux différentes sollicitations des opérationnels et du prestataire Gérer les reportings sociaux et les tableaux de bord liés à la paie. Être un référent technique sur les sujets paie et charges sociales. Compétences : Excellente maîtrise des règles de paie Expérience confirmée dans un environnement avec paie externalisée Maîtrise de l’outil Cegid et Horoquartz appréciée Rigueur, sens de l’analyse, esprit d’équipe. Qualifications Vous disposez d’une expérience similaire d’au moins 5 ans. Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome dans votre métier.
