POSITION OVERVIEW

The Tenant & Operations Coordinator is a central role within the property management office, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting both tenants and internal teams. This role focuses on financial administration, tenant communications, and program coordination. The Coordinator helps maintain an organized, service-oriented office environment while supporting special initiatives such as employee programs, health & safety, and tenant engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in office administration, property management, or operations support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (preferably) property management/accounting software. Knowledge of accounts payable. Experience in YARDI and MRI an asset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • An enthusiastic, team player.
