Respecter les règles en matière HACCP. Approvisionner, gérer les stocks et réceptionner les commandes. Gérer et animer l'équipe du stand. Être force de proposition dans l’élaboration des menus, de la carte et des offres du mois. Former l'équipe et s’assurer qu’elle soit au fait des nouveaux process, nouvelles recettes, etc Les plages horaires sont variables suivant votre planning : Prise de poste : entre 6h et 11h Fin : entre 14 et 19h Qualifications Vous possédez une première expérience minimum de 5 ans dans le métier de la restauration. Vous avez le sens du commerce et un fort esprit d'équipe. Connaître la cuisine asiatique est un vrai plus. Les normes HACCP n'ont pas de secret pour vous. Vous savez gérer une équipe, s’organiser et gérer les priorités et les situations de stress.
