Vous réalisez et suivez des missions en tant que MOE dans le cadre de projets de construction et de rénovation d’infrastructures hydrauliques urbaines (études et suivi d’exécution de réseaux et d’équipements hydrauliques, de bassins de stockage, de stations d’épuration / STEP, d’unités de production d’eau potable / UPEP… opérations dont les budgets travaux varient de 100 K€ à 20 M€). Vous réalisez et / ou coordonnez les études et le suivi des travaux de vos projets. Ainsi, vous planifiez et organisez votre plan de charge en lien avec les équipes de l’agence. Vous anticipez les ressources nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de vos missions. Vous êtes garant du bon déroulement de vos projets sur l’ensemble de leurs aspects et selon le triptyque QCD – Qualité, Coût et Délai, vous assurez leur pilotage et veillez au bon respect des engagements pris d’un point de vue technique, financier et contractuel. Vous participez au développement de l’activité en dimensionnant les aspects techniques et financiers des réponses aux appels d’offres retenus et étudiés. Vous identifiez et proposez des variantes différenciantes afin de répondre au mieux aux attentes et aux cahiers des charges définis. Dans une approche collaborative, vous participez à la montée en compétence globale des équipes notamment composées d’ingénieurs Etudes. Vous développez la signature technique du groupe, proposez des solutions d’amélioration et participez aux veilles techniques et réglementaires.
