Ces projets de convergence impliquent des filiales en Europe, Pologne, et en Afrique, ainsi que des évolutions de processus internes (incidents, change management, release management, etc.). Afin de garantir une coordination efficace et une visibilité globale, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet / PMO pour assurer le pilotage transverse de ces initiatives. Tes missions : Tu auras pour mission principale de piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle, en lien avec les équipes internes, les filiales et les parties prenantes métiers et techniques. Tu devras : • Assurer le cadrage, la planification et le suivi des projets • Identifier et gérer les risques, dépendances et adhérences • Mettre en place et animer les instances de pilotage (comités projets, points d’avancement). • Produire et maintenir les livrables de pilotage : planning, tableaux de bord, reporting, alertes si besoin. • Faciliter la collaboration entre les équipes (Product Owners, responsables d’équipe, IT, métiers). • Accompagner les parties prenantes dans l’atteinte des objectifs communs. • Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des livrables tout au long des projets. Qualifications Formation supérieure (Bac+5) en gestion de projet, ingénierie, informatique ou équivalent. • Expérience confirmée (8 ans minimum) en tant que Chef de Projet/programme ou PMO dans un environnement technique complexe et multidisciplinaire. • La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable pour interagir avec les filiales internationales.
