Rattaché à votre Responsable d’exploitation, vous aurez pour mission de piloter et d'organiser l’activité Préparation de commandes en veillant à la productivité et à la qualité de travail de votre équipe. Organisé et réactif, vous assurez la gestion quotidienne de votre équipe en garantissant la sécurité des biens et des personnes ainsi que la propreté de la zone de travail. Vous favorisez également l'application et l'évolution des bonnes pratiques de travail. Vous vous assurez enfin de la disponibilité des moyens nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de la performance de votre équipe. Vous effectuez le suivi et le reporting de vos indicateurs en proposant des plans d’optimisation.
