En étroite collaboration avec le Directeur, vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution et de la coordination des chantiers, de leur préparation à leur réalisation. Votre fonction s’articulera autour d’un équilibre entre terrain et gestion administrative : environ 50 % sur le terrain, au plus près des équipes et des projets, et 50 % au bureau, pour le suivi technique, organisationnel et financier. Description du poste Vous serez amené à : Réaliser des visites préalables de sites et chantiers avec les clients et les architectes (dimension technique et commerciale). Vous préparez les chantiers (méthodes d’exécution, planning, matériel, etc.) et en suivez l’avancement. Vous analysez les plans, calculez les métrés et assurez un suivi rigoureux des budgets et des coûts. Vous veillez au respect du cahier des charges, des normes techniques et des règles de sécurité.
