REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.

• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible serving practices are upheld.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels at the bar.
