Description du poste TechnicAtome recrute pour le site Saclay son/sa future Chef de Projet en charge du Soutien Logistique Intégré (SLI) pour le projet de Sous-marins Nucléaires Lançeurs d'Engins de 3ème génération (SNLE 3G). Au sein du projet SNLE 3G, les activités de Soutien Logistique s’intègrent aux processus d’ingénierie et de réalisation des chaufferies embarquées. Au travers des études de soutenabilité elles concourent à maitriser les problématiques de maintenance durant le cycle en V complet de réalisation (spécifications/ définition/ développement / essais/ déploiement) des chaufferies, des installations et équipements qui les constituent. Elles visent également à dimensionner, optimiser, définir, réaliser et déployer les éléments de soutien nécessaires en phase d’exploitation. En tant que chef de projet SLI, vous serez rattaché au responsable du programme SNLE 3G. Vous serez l’interlocuteur des Maîtrises d’Ouvrage (MOA) et de la Marine Nationale (Service Soutien de la Flotte et exploitant) pour votre périmètre de responsabilité. De plus vous assurez l’interface avec le Maître d’Œuvre Navire (MOEN) sur ces mêmes sujets. Vos principales missions consistent à : Suivre et ajuster, le plan de déroulement des activités de soutien, en cohérence des jalons de développement réalisation et les engagements contractuels du programme SNLE 3G. Conduire les études de Soutien Logistique Intégré en vous appuyant sur un Responsable SLI, un Responsable de Lot du métier SLI et une équipe d’Ingénieurs du Soutien afin de produire les Eléments du Soutien (EdS) nécessaires au Maintien en Condition Opérationnel (MCO) des futurs SNLE 3G. Piloter la constitution et l’acceptation des lots d’équipements de soutien (rechanges, outillages, MMA, …) qui pour la plupart sont réalisés et acquis par les Ingénieurs Projet en charge de la réalisation de Lots de Travaux des différentes directions des métiers de l’ingénierie. D’organiser la réalisation et fourniture des moyens de formations (supports de cours, partiels de formation, plateformes de simulation et entrainement) puis de vous assurer de la délivrance des formations vers les équipages. Préparer et piloter les revues contractuelles et d’interfaces externes sur votre périmètre d’activités. Piloter les processus internes relevant de la responsabilité du chef de projet. La bonne exécution des activités SLI et du respect, sur ce domaine, des objectifs du programme en termes de performances, coûts, délais et qualité. Les activités SLI comprennent notamment: Les établissements et entretiens des dossiers d’ingénierie ( spécification technique de besoin/ dossier justificatif sur les thématiques soutenabilité, soutien au port, moyens supports type moyens de quai, plateformes d’entraînement, lots d’outillages et rechanges, soutien des logiciels, plan et référentiels de maintenance,…). La production des rapports et exports de données logistiques interfaçables avec les systèmes d’information des utilisateurs finaux et de la maitrise d’œuvre Navire. Le pilotage des activités de développement / réalisation / qualification de l’ensemble des moyens d’entrainement et de formation, des rechanges et outillages et des solutions de soutien des logiciels. Qualifications Ingénieur généraliste, justifiant d’une expérience dans la conduite d’un projet avec une très forte dimension technique, vous avez une bonne maîtrise des processus de conception et de réalisation, de leur mise en œuvre opérationnelle (cycle en V). Vous avez la capacité à conduire des problématiques techniques complexes, avec une capacité de résolution et de synthèse dans un contexte calendaire contraint et avec de multiples interfaces.
