Vos principales missions seront : Définition et gestion du backlog : Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins des équipes métier et techniques en lien avec les socles data-IA, les sources Data et les solutions IT4IT. Pilotage de la roadmap : Définir une vision alignée avec les enjeux stratégiques de l'entreprise et assurer son suivi ; être en mesure de suivre plusieurs projets en parallèle. Collaboration avec les équipes techniques : Travailler étroitement avec les architectes, ingénieurs data et équipes IT pour garantir la bonne implémentation des socles data ; suivre leur plan de charges multi-projets. Garantie de la qualité et de la performance : Veiller à la mise en place des meilleures pratiques en matière de gouvernance, sécurité et exploitation des données. Accompagnement du changement : Sensibiliser et former les parties prenantes à l'utilisation des nouvelles solutions data mises en place. Veille technologique : Suivre les évolutions du marché et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des socles data. Qualifications Compétences techniques : Connaissance des architectures et des socles techniques liés à la gestion de la donnée (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL, API, etc.).
