Description du poste Intégré au sein de notre équipe DSI, tu rejoins un pôle Salesforce composé de 2 développeurs. L’objectif étant de fluidifier et d’étoffer l’utilisation du CRM pour les différents services concernés (Commerce et service client). Ton quotidien s'articulera autour de trois piliers majeurs : Pilotage et Gouvernance : Cadrage de projets (définition des objectifs, planning, budget). Gestion de la roadmap et du backlog. Animation des ateliers de priorisation avec les différents services concernés. Coordination des prestataires externes (intégrateurs) et de nos développeurs internes. Supervision des phases de tests (Recette/UAT). Analyse et Conception : Recueil et analyse des besoins auprès des métiers (interviews, ateliers de cadrage). Rédaction des User Stories. Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et participation à la rédaction des spécifications techniques. Accompagnement au Changement : Animation de sessions de formation pour les utilisateurs. Rédaction de documentation et de guides de bonnes pratiques. Définition et mise en œuvre de KPI permettant d'analyser l'adoption et la satisfaction des solutions mises en places. Qualifications Ton profil : 3 à 5 ans minimum d'expérience sur Salesforce, une expérience en cabinet de conseil ou chez un client final serait un plus. Excellente communication, esprit d'analyse, pédagogie, capacité à dire "non" de manière argumenté.
