Rattaché département Systèmes de Transport au sein de l’unité déléguée Ferroviaire & Systèmes de Transport, vous pilotez le service systèmes de transport d’Ingérop et participerez à son développement et son essor. Vous serez accueilli par une équipe pluridisciplinaire et dynamique, animée par le responsable du département systèmes de transport. En tant que Chef de service chez Ingérop, vos principales missions consisteront au management et au pilotage de votre équipe (environ 10 collaborateurs), à l'encadrement des prestations du service et au développement de vos activités incluant l’ensemble de la démarche d’amélioration des processus de production et d’innovation. Vous êtes autonome sur l'ensemble des étapes d'un projet : réponse à un appel d'offre, pilotage du projet, gestion financière de l'opération, présentation et relation client. Vous pourrez vous appuyer sur une équipe solide composée d’ingénieurs et experts dans leurs domaines.
