Au sein du territoire Grand Sud de la Direction France, nous recrutons un Chef de Projet en Hydraulique Fluviale (Études et Maîtrise d’œuvre). Ce territoire s’étend sur les régions Occitanie, PACA et Corse. L'équipe du Territoire Grand Sud conduit des missions d'études et de maîtrise d’œuvre sur l'ensemble des domaines de l’eau et du maritime : hydraulique urbaine, risque inondation, aménagements des cours d'eaux, littoral, aménagements maritimes et petits portuaires. Le territoire Grand Sud est ainsi composé d’une équipe d’environ 40 personnes travaillant sur les métiers de l’eau et répartie sur 4 agences : Montpellier, Toulouse, Aix-en-Provence et Nice. Au sein de cette équipe vous rejoindrez le pôle maîtrise d’œuvre Hydraulique Fluviale regroupant 15 personnes réparties sur nos 4 agences. Cette équipe compte 8 de Chefs de Projet (expérimentés et Juniors) et a un rôle d'encadrement de nos chargés d’études. Cette équipe œuvre au plus près ses clients et est responsable de la gestion des projets confiés aux agences. Les équipes en territoire s’appuient par ailleurs sur des directions techniques & expertises à l’échelle nationale (apport d’expertise et appui à la production) ce qui leurs permettent de se positionner sur des projets nécessitant une technicité importante. Au sein de l’équipe, vous avez en charge le pilotage de la production des études, la gestion du contrat et du relationnel client des opérations. Vous êtes responsable du budget et des marges des projets qui vous sont confiés. Vous participerez aux réponses aux appels d'offres en coordination avec votre manager. Rattaché(e) au responsable métier fluvial du territoire, vous interviendrez sur les thématiques suivantes : -Protection des berges, stabilité des talus (glissement, affouillement, érosion) -Restauration écologique, continuité écologique et renaturation de cours d’eau -Ouvrages hydrauliques en génie-civil -Digues et ouvrages hydrauliques associés aux digues et barrages (déversoir, évacuateur de crue, ouvrage traversant, écluses) Vos missions en tant que Chef(fe) de projet sur des opérations de maîtrise d'œuvre sont : -Pilotage et production des études préliminaires, AVant-Projet (AVP), Projet (PRO), Dossier de consultation des entreprises (DCE) et supervision des travaux (VISA, DET, AOR). -Pilotage et production sur les études et dossiers réglementaires : Études de danger, Visites technique Approfondies des Ouvrages Hydrauliques (Digues et barrage), diagnostic de sureté, calculs de stabilité. Votre quotidien : - Etudes de faisabilité et études de conception - Animations de la production de vos opérations - Suivi de travaux à + ou - 30% (selon les périodes d’activité) - Production et/ou assistance à la rédaction d’offre - Accompagnement / encadrement de chargés d'études. Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en Génie Civil ou Hydraulique spécialisé(e) dans le domaine des ouvrages hydrauliques. Vous justifiez de 6 ans d'expérience minimum en entreprise ou en bureau d'étude sur des projets de maîtrise d'œuvre fluviale (études et supervision des travaux). Vous disposez de connaissances en géotechnique (interaction sol/structure), environnement aquatique, génie civil ou autres compétences techniques (structures, hydraulique……) Vos atouts : - Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous savez gérer vos contrats et tenir les engagements notamment dans un contexte multi projets. - Dynamisme, aptitude au travail en équipe et dans l’encadrement de chargé(e) d’études - Capacité pour l'expression écrite (rédaction de rapport) et orale (participation à des réunions) - Autonome et entreprenant, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle, savez développer et maintenir la relation client.
