Description du poste Veolia activités Recyclage et Valorisation des Déchets France, recherche pour son Unité de Valorisation Energétique (UVE) de Lons-Le-Saunier (39) un ou une Technicien(ne) de Conduite d'Unité de Valorisation Energétique. Le/la Technicien(ne) de Conduite d'UVE travaille par roulement en quart de 8H de matin, après-midi, nuit et/ou le week-end (5/8). il/elle dépend hiérarchiquement du Responsable d'Exploitation. Missions principales : Gestion des flux, de la fosse et alimentation des fours : Assure l’accueil des apporteurs et contrôle la conformité des déchets en remontant les anomalies; Assure la réception des déchets, le dégagement des zones de fosse de manière à permettre les déchargements; Assure le gerbage et le mélange des déchets, pour homogénéisation du PCI; Assure le chargement permanent et constant des trémies des fours, le contrôle de l’écoulement dans les trémies; Exploitation et entretien des équipements : Assure des opérations de débourrage, de maintenance de premier niveau (arrêts), de nettoyage des locaux et des équipements ainsi que la gestion des dépotage de réactifs. Effectue des rondes de process afin de s’assurer du bon fonctionnement des installations et assurer la traçabilité; Identifie & diagnostique les pannes et assure des opérations de maintenance suivant le degré de complexité de celles-ci (maintenance niveau 1). Apporte un soutien à l’équipe de maintenance/d’astreinte en cas de dépannage plus important et/ou pour les intervention nécessitant d’intervenir à plusieurs; Assurer la conduite de l’unité de valorisation énergétique dans toutes les configurations (marche normale, marche dégradée, démarrage, mise à l’arrêt) : Règle et surveille les paramètres de conduite; Analyse les mesures mises à sa disposition sur le système de supervision afin de détecter les dérives et d’y remédier pour maintenir le rendement de l'installation; Analyser et réagir rapidement aux dysfonctionnements des équipements; Renseigne les différents outils de traçabilité (Cahier de Quart, Bon de signalement GMAO, etc...) En cas d’avaries, prends les mesures nécessaires et mets les installations en sécurité avec le souci d’assurer la protection des biens et des personnes en coordination avec le Responsable de Conduite et/ou l’équipe d’Astreinte Technique; Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement et Energie : - Respecte et fait respecter les consignes, notamment les consignes et les procédures de sécurité conformément à la politique QHSE régionale. - Signale toute situation dangereuse à l’encadrement (environnement et sécurité) ainsi que toute anomalie (fuite, dérive de consommation...) - Soumet ses idées d’amélioration.
