Notre unité Méditerranée & Océan Indien (180 collaborateurs), recherche un chef de projet SLT (Signalisation Lumineuse Tricolore) dans son département Mobilité (23 collaborateurs) et plus particulièrement dans son service « Régulation du Trafic » en plein essor au sein du groupe INGEROP. Vos missions comprendront : Principalement : Le pilotage d’études de trafic/circulation/régulation multimodale des déplacements, et plus spécifiquement en qualité de Maître d’œuvre sur le volet « SLT » des projets urbains et d’infrastructures (en études comme en travaux) : opérations urbaines d’envergure de type ZAC (Zone d’Aménagement Concerté) / OIN (Opération d’Intérêt National), opérations de transports de type BHNS/tramway, aménagement d’itinéraires cyclables structurants… ; Le pilotage des phases d’études du volet SLT/régulation : diagnostic, études de fonctionnement de carrefours avec et sans feux (voire études de simulation dynamique de trafic), études d’équipement et de programmation de carrefours à feux avec priorité aux transports et commun… ; Le pilotage des phases de réalisation/travaux du volet SLT/régulation : réunions de chantier avec les entreprises de travaux, visites et suivi du chantier, assistance à la réception matérielle et fonctionnelle des équipements de carrefours à feux… ; Secondairement : Participation à la rédaction d’appels d’offres ; Participation à nos démarches d’Innovations et de Recherche & Développement, notamment en matière de « Régulation multimodale du Trafic ». En tant que Chef de projet, vous serez garant de la bonne réalisation des projets dans le respect des objectifs techniques, de coûts, de délais et de qualité. Exemples de missions « en cours » (Maîtrise d’œuvre diverses de Projets TCSP) : Accord-cadre de missions de MOE pour des travaux de voirie et d'espaces publics inscrits à la PPI – Voies Lyonnaises, piétonisation et autres petites opérations (divers phases de conception et de travaux en cours) ; Extension du tramway Nord-sud Phase 2 de Marseille (Phase de conception AVP) Extension du tramway de Marseille aux Catalans (Phase de conception PRO) Val’tram entre Aubagne et La Bouilladisse (Phase travaux) BHNS de Toulon (Phase de conception PRO) BHNS Zénibus à Vitrolles (Phase travaux) Extension Tramway T1 de Montpellier (Phase travaux) Extension du Tramway du Luxembourg sur la route d’Esch (Phase de conception AVP/PRO)… Qualifications De formation supérieure type Bac +5 en Aménagement / Transports / Systèmes (ENTPE, CENTRALE, INSA, POLYTECH, EIVP, UTC, ENPC…), vous disposez de 5 ans d'expériences minimum dans le domaine des études de trafic/régulation SLT, comme en gestion de projets en contexte de MOE (en études comme en travaux). Connaissances techniques approfondies en matière de gestion/régulation multimodale du trafic, de la circulation et des carrefours, sur des logiciels de type « SLT’Manager » ou équivalents. Vous faites preuve d'un bon relationnel, d'une grande rigueur et d'autonomie dans le travail. Vous avez un bon sens de l'organisation et du respect des procédures. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et de bureautique. Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles, de capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
