JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with the ability to create beautiful and delicious desserts that delight our customers. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in pastry preparation, baking, or culinary arts within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Experience with cake decorating techniques and creativity in dessert presentation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food production processes, including packaging and catering services.
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment related to baking and pastry-making.
