Rattaché(e) au responsable d'exploitation, vous managez avec bienveillance une équipe d'agents de quai dans une logique de performance. Concrètement, c'est quoi le job ? L'organisation et l'optimisation des différentes activités du quai : Maîtriser les process et outils opérationnels fondamentaux du site logistique Assurer et coordonner la répartition des effectifs selon les besoins de l'activité Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des transporteurs au quotidien Organiser le plan de tri en fonction de l'activité Piloter et analyser les indicateurs de performance et assurer la mise en place de plans d'actions Remonter les anomalies et dysfonctionnements Le management de votre équipe : Préparer et animer la prise de poste et partager les informations avec votre équipe Suivre l'intégration de vos collaborateurs, assurer le développement de leurs compétences et animer les entretiens individuels (EAE/EP) Favoriser la cohésion d'équipe et la qualité d'un bon climat social Contrôler le respect de la réglementation en vigueur dans l'organisation de l'activité du quai Vous assurez l'ensemble de vos missions dans le respect des règles de sécurité et de propreté.
