Description

Beautiful Byron Bay Hinterland on-farm restaurant - Frida’s Field - is seeking a qualified and motivated chef to join our small yet dynamic team. Great opportunity to work directly with classically-trained, award-winning Chef Alastair Waddell and use produce freshly harvested from our farm as well as other local farmers via weekly trips to the Byron Farmers Market. 3 pre-booked set menu lunch services per week plus weddings and events. Frida’s Field is centrally located in the hinterland in Nashua - a beautiful 25 minute drive from Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Lennox Heads, Ballina and Lismore. No traffic and ample free parking.

  • Applicants should be able to work quickly and cleanly and be highly motivated in their profession.
  • Work days are between Wednesday- Sunday.
  • Must be available to work all weekends.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • Position starts early September 2025.
