Description du poste Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Chef de Réception, garant(e) de l’excellence du service, pour piloter l’ensemble des opérations Front Office et incarner les standards de qualité de l’établissement. Vos missions : Encadrer, former et organiser l’équipe réception, incluant l’agent de réservation Superviser les opérations front office : check-in/out, facturation, encaissements, clôtures Veiller au respect des standards qualité et des procédures Superviser l’activité des réservations (hôtel, restaurant, Spa, privatisations…) et maîtriser l’élaboration des devis pour une clientèle individuelle et groupes (loisirs et business) Optimiser l’occupation et contribuer au développement du chiffre d’affaires Assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients et gérer les situations sensibles Coordonner efficacement avec les autres services Qualifications Profil recherché Issue d’une formation en hôtellerie ou tourisme, vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans minimum en réception, dont au moins 2 ans en encadrement, idéalement dans un hôtel 4 ou 5 étoiles. Vous maîtriser les PMS hôteliers et les outils de réservation. Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Pack Office et des outils de communication numérique.
