About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Chef Supervisor to manage the operations of the Café located at Gedling Country Park and to support our other commercial cafes and coffee shops. You will lead and support the team in producing varied and appealing menus, while maintaining strong operational standards, food safety compliance, effective cost controls and providing a welcoming environment. You will also be responsible for training new team members to meet high standards and staying updated on health and safety protocols.
