Ton environnement de travail : Pour l’un de nos clients majeurs, tu participes à un projet stratégique de migration et de refonte applicative, au cœur des processus métiers et technologiques. Tu interviens en lien direct avec le Directeur de Projet, les équipes Agile SAFe) et les différents partenaires impliqués, dans un contexte à forts enjeux techniques et organisationnels. Ton rôle : piloter, coordonner et sécuriser les différentes phases de migration et de mise en production d’applications critiques, tout en garantissant la qualité, la performance et la continuité de service. Tes missions : Planifier, piloter et suivre les différentes étapes de migration vers l’environnement cible (développement, tests, production). Coordonner les équipes internes et externes, en assurant une communication fluide entre les différents acteurs du projet. Mettre en place et suivre les KPIs, risques et avancement via les outils standards (JIRA, Confluence, GitLab…). Garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables selon les normes et standards en vigueur. Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage et de suivi de projet. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de delivery et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet. Assurer un reporting clair et régulier au Directeur de Projet et aux parties prenantes. Qualifications De formation supérieure (BAC+5), tu justifies d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Chef de Projet IT, idéalement dans un environnement grand-compte. Tu maîtrises : Les méthodes Agiles (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban) et le pilotage de projets en environnement multi-équipes. Les outils de gestion de projet : JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
