Depuis plus de 30 ans, tous les citoyens, scolaires, salariés d’entreprises, sympathisants de Handicap International ou encore politiques sont invités à venir : Lancer leurs chaussures pour témoigner de leur soutien aux causes portées par Handicap International, la chaussure symbole du poids de l’engagement citoyen pour protéger les civils ; S’informer à travers une exposition interactive, ludique et pédagogique sur Handicap International, ses champs d’intervention et ses combats ; Rencontrer et échanger avec nos experts terrain. Depuis 2024 Handicap International a développé des Pyramides de chaussures dites « mobiles ». Les but ? Être présent toute l’année partout en France. Grâce à ce dispositif nous pouvons aller au plus proche de nos différentes cibles (scolaire, sympathisants, grand public, élus, médias) et leur proposer un temps de sensibilisation complet sur nos missions dans le monde. Animation auprès du public (visites guidées, actions de sensibilisation, échanges lors d’évènements). Le stage implique des déplacements réguliers (environ deux par mois) dans le cadre des animations et évènements extérieurs. Ces missions sont l’occasion de belles rencontres et d’échanges enrichissants avec des publics variés. Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes : Activité 1 : Vous appuyez l’organisation et la coordination de la tournée des Pyramides de chaussures Appui logistique et coordination : retroplannings, matériel, bénévoles, partenaires/prestataires. Soutien dans la stratégie de prospection Relations partenaires / prestataires : recherche, coordination évènementielle, suivi des engagements, communication et fidélisation Participation à des déploiements : rôle d’appui à la coordination générale (partout en France) et de sensibilisation de nos différents publics (prises de parole, visites guidées) Bilans / capitalisation Activité 2 : Appui au lancement des Pyramides de chaussures 2026 de Lyon Activité 3 : Vous participez à la vie quotidienne du service mobilisation ACCESSIBILITE DU LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Les locaux sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun (bus, métro). Un parking voitures et un parc à vélos sont également à disposition. Au sein du bâtiment, des rampes d'accès et ascenseurs garantissent une meilleure circulation. Tous les postes de travail sont situés en Open Space mais des box sont disponibles à chaque étage pour travailler dans le calme si nécessaire. L’espace de travail est très lumineux. Une référente handicap est présente pour répondre aux éventuelles questions et vous accompagner dans vos démarches. En fonction de vos besoins, le poste peut être aménagé.
