En tant que Chef de projet ferroviaire - Génie Civil (Ouvrages d’art & Ouvrages en terre) , vous jouez un rôle central dans la conception, la coordination et la réalisation de projets ferroviaires d’envergure. Vos défis au quotidien : Préparer et planifier Assurer la gestion et la prise en compte des données d’entrées nécessaires aux études de conception à dominante Génie Civil (AVP, PRO, DCE, REA) relatives aux ouvrages d’art, soutènements, terrassements, plateformes ferroviaires. Définir les méthodologies travaux, les phasages, les interfaces multi-techniques et multi-acteurs Anticiper les contraintes d’exploitation ferroviaire, de sécurité et d’environnement Assurer la mise en place d’un planning général permettant de respecter les objectifs délais imposés par la MOA Analyser et optimiser Analyser les solutions techniques proposées par les bureaux d’études internes ou externes (dimensionnement, méthodes constructives, variantes Génie Civil/ Ouvrage d’Art /Ouvrage en Terre). Proposer des optimisations techniques, organisationnelles et contractuelles garantissant la maîtrise des coûts, délais et risques. Intégrer les exigences réglementaires, normatives et sécuritaires propres au domaine ferroviaire. Piloter et coordonner Assurer le pilotage global du projet : études de conception, synthèse technique, passation des marchés de travaux, suivi d’exécution et suivi des marchés de travaux. Coordonner l’ensemble des acteurs (MOE Etudes, MOE Travaux, bureaux d’études externes, entreprises travaux) en intégrant les paramètres spatiaux, temporels, humains et techniques. Gérer les interfaces techniques avec les autres lots (voie, caténaire, télécoms, signalisation, etc…). Gérer les risques techniques, financiers et délais des marchés de travaux Gérer la rémunération des entreprises travaux jusqu’au DGD final Gérer la gestion documentaire de l’ensemble des marchés de travaux jusqu’à l’obtention des DOE Conseiller et innover Identifier et anticiper les risques techniques et opérationnels (géotechniques, structurels, phasage, exploitation).
