Rattaché au département de psychiatrie des HUG, le Service des mesures institutionnelles a pour mission le traitement des patients et patientes sous mandat judiciaire. Constitué de plusieurs unités de soins intégrant le traitement en milieu fermé (Curabilis), le traitement en milieu ouvert (unités Iris et Onyx sur le site de Belle-idée) et le traitement en milieu ambulatoire, (art. 59-64 Code pénal suisse), son offre de soins de crise et de réhabilitation psychiatriques spécifiques s'inscrit dans le respect du droit médical et des règles d'éthique professionnelle. Description du poste En tant que cheffe ou chef de clinique, avec ou sans titre de spécialité, vous assurez le suivi psychiatrique des patients/détenus et des patientes/détenues au sein du service (milieu fermé ou ouvert). Vous intervenez dans un cadre clinique exigeant, au croisement des enjeux de soins, de justice et de sécurité, en lien étroit avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires expérimentées. Votre approche s’inscrit dans un abord thérapeutique individualisé visant la stabilisation des troubles mentaux, la rééducation des symptômes et la prévention de la récidive. Vous contribuez à une prise en charge globale, respectueuse de la dignité des personnes et des principes éthiques propres à la psychiatrie en contexte de contrainte. A ce titre, vous travaillez de manière coordonnée avec des personnes professionnelles aux compétences complémentaires, telles qu’infirmiers et infirmières, psychologues, psychiatres, ergothérapeutes, psychomotriciens et psychomotriciennes. Parallèlement à votre activité, vous avez l'opportunité de finaliser, si cela n'est pas encore le cas, votre formation post-graduée de qualité intégrée contribuant à l'obtention du titre de spécialiste en psychiatrie et psychothérapie. Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme fédéral de médecin ou disposez d’une formation jugée équivalente par la Commission des professions médicales de l’Office fédéral de la santé publique (MEBEKO). Si vous bénéficiez déjà de votre titre de spécialisation, vous êtes en possession du droit de pratique cantonal ou êtes en mesure de l'obtenir avant votre entrée en fonction. Pour les personnes non francophones, le niveau français C1 au test parlé et écrit est requis. Une expérience dans le domaine des personnes privées de liberté est un atout et vous avez déjà une certaine expérience en psychiatrie.
