En tant que Chef(fe) de projet Ecologie et Biodiversité, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable de pôle, au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire (généralistes de l’environnement et écologues spécialistes de la faune et des milieux naturels) et vous avez la responsabilité des missions suivantes : - Chef(fe) de projet sur des études naturalistes à caractère réglementaires (étude d’impact, dossier de dérogation espèces protégées, dossier Natura 2000) sur des projets d’aménagements (infrastructures de transport, sites industriels,…) ou de gestion du territoire (gestion de zones humides, aires protégées, …) pouvant mobiliser des équipes internes ou des sous-traitants à piloter - Expertises dans le domaine de la faune ou de la flore, y compris compétences naturalistes pour les inventaires de terrain - Pilotage d’actions de génie écologique et de suivi travaux : expertise faunistique ou floristique au sein d’équipe de maitrise d’œuvre et d’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage pour des mesures compensatoires écologiques, des renaturations de sites industriels ou friches urbaines, … - Rédaction d’offres commerciales dans le domaine concerné - Gestion des contrats et relation client dans le domaine concerné - Participation à des actions de recherche développement en biodiversité Le poste nécessite une grande mobilité (terrain, réunions). Qualifications Titulaire d'une formation bac +5 spécialisée en Environnement et/ou Ecologie (Master 2, Ingénieur ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans notamment en tant que chef(fe) de projet / ingénieur confirmé en écologie. Vous êtes motivés pour participer à la conception environnementale et écologique des projets. Vos autres qualités : facilités rédactionnelles et aisance à l'oral, esprit de synthèse, rigueur d'analyse et de présentation, goût pour le travail en équipe. Vous respectez les échéances imposées et garantissez la fiabilité des études notamment dans un contexte multi-projets.
