Dans ce cadre, vos missions s’articulent autour de deux axes : La stratégie Produit et Innovation Construire une stratégie produit répondant aux orientations et aux cibles stratégiques définies par les responsables de marchés Étudier les applications clients, définir l’évolution de l'offres produits selon les tendances technologiques et les besoins du marché Consolider les remontées de terrain, prendre en compte les « pain points » clients dans la définition de positionnement produits (USP, valeur ajoutée pour les clients, prix, …) Construire et piloter la feuille de route (roadmap) produits pour les différentes instances des marchés Définir le cahier des charges des besoins avec la R&D pour les extensions ou création de gammes / Produits Construire le business cas des nouveaux produits, définir l'offre marketing pour notre organisation commerciale et nos unités de production Assurer le suivi du lancement de produits et optimiser la performance de notre offre (Qualité-Coût-Délai-Rentabilité) Gérer le cycle de vie des produits, coordonner les efforts de rationalisation et de standardisation, et participer aux processus de retrait de produits ou de gammes arrivées en fin de vie Animer les comités de pilotage pour le marché La collaboration Transversale et Amélioration Continue Contribuer à la veille concurrentielle et estimer les parts de marché en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing.
