Description du poste Le chef de partie est un cuisinier confirmé qui a une responsabilité précise au sein d’une cuisine, rôtisserie, sauces, le poisson, etc. Il est aidé dans sa tâche par un ou plusieurs commis. Vous devrez avoir beaucoup d’endurance, être capable d’apprendre sur le tas et être passionné par la cuisine, car cuisiner dans une cuisine sous haute pression est un travail éprouvant et difficile. Vous devrez également faire preuve de polyvalence, car il est important d’acquérir de l’expérience dans toutes les sections de la cuisine (poisson, légumes, boucherie, etc.) avant d’envisager de vous spécialiser. Vous devrez être capable de travailler en équipe et de faire preuve de discipline.
