Tu seras responsable du pilotage de streams dédiés aux solutions de téléphonie IP et de communications unifiées, en te positionnant comme un partenaire privilégié auprès des différents contributeurs. Tes missions : Au sein de nos équipes d'experts, tes missions seront les suivantes : Piloter l'analyse détaillée des besoins IT et utilisateurs afin de comprendre le contexte métier, les organisations et les outils de communication. Apporter ton expertise technique pointue autour des solutions de voix sur IP et de collaboration. Accompagner les équipes contributrices tant dans le cadre du MCO (Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle) que du Build des solutions UC. Participer activement au Design, au build, au build to run, puis au run des infrastructures de communication. Identifier et étudier les innovations techniques et les nouvelles offres des fournisseurs (Cisco, AudioCodes, Microsoft). Définir la roadmap projet en cadrant le projet en termes de gouvernance, de jalons-clés, de budget et de ressources. Conduire la réalisation des livrables projet en conformité avec les standards méthodologiques établis. Définir et suivre les indicateurs projet de façon continue pour évaluer les progrès en termes de qualité et de complétude. Assurer une communication efficiente au sein de la gouvernance projet et auprès du Management Métier/IT. Qualifications De formation supérieure (BAC+3/5) en informatique ou équivalent, tu possèdes une expérience significative de 4 ans minimum en pilotage de projets IT dans le domaine des Communications Unifiées. Tes qualités et compétences techniques : Maîtrise approfondie des environnements de collaboration et de téléphonie Cisco (CUCM, Webex). Connaissances solides des solutions de passerelles média et SBC AudioCodes. Expertise dans le déploiement et la gestion de parc de terminaux IP. Familiarité avec les outils collaboratifs M365 et Teams (intégration voix/UCaaS). Compréhension des architectures d'hybridation entre infrastructures On-Premise et Cloud.
