Description du poste Au sein de la DSI, vous occupez un poste pivot mêlant la rigueur du pilotage de projets (Build) et l'expertise opérationnelle du maintien en condition opérationnelle (Run). Vous êtes le garant de la trajectoire des projets et de la fiabilité du patrimoine applicatif du SI de l'UFF. À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes : Organisation, Planification et Analyse d'impacts : Analyses d’impacts transverses : Vous menez de manière autonome les études d’impacts (techniques, fonctionnels et métiers) pour sécuriser l'intégration de toute nouvelle solution dans l'écosystème global de l'UFF. Ingénierie de planification et de ressources : Vous êtes responsable de poser les plans de charges détaillés, de définir les ressources nécessaires et de construire les plannings directeurs (GANTT). Vous les pilotez et les faites vivre au quotidien pour garantir le respect des trajectoires. Cadrage et Conception : Vous menez le cadrage SI, évaluez les budgets et dirigez les ateliers de conception détaillée. Rédaction et Documentation Projet : Production des livrables : Vous êtes en charge de la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et, ponctuellement, des spécifications techniques liées aux projets. Gestion documentaire : Vous assurez la production et la centralisation de l’ensemble de la documentation projet (dossiers d’architecture fonctionnelle, guides utilisateurs, etc.). Pilotage d’Intégrateurs et Gouvernance : Pilotage de partenaires : Vous portez tout un pan relatif au pilotage des intégrateurs. Vous assurez le suivi de leurs livrables, le respect de leurs engagements contractuels et la qualité de leurs interventions sur le Build. Animation d'instances : Vous préparez, animez et formalisez les Comités de Projet (COPROJ) et les Comités de Pilotage (COPIL). Gestion proactive des risques : Vous identifiez les risques et problèmes dès leur émergence. Vous définissez et pilotez en autonomie les mesures de mitigation et les plans de remédiation. Analyse, Spécifications et Maintenance : Analyse et résolution de dysfonctionnements : Face aux incidents complexes, vous menez les analyses de causes racines (Root Cause Analysis) et pilotez la résolution de niveau 2/3 en toute autonomie. Évolutions du Run : Vous menez les analyses d'impacts pour chaque évolution corrective ou évolutive. Vous rédigez les spécifications fonctionnelles (et parfois techniques) pour les petites évolutions nécessaires au maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO). Pilotage des intégrateurs sur le Run : Vous coordonnez les interventions des prestataires et éditeurs pour la résolution des anomalies et la mise en œuvre des évolutions mineures. Maintenance de la documentation : Vous êtes garant de la mise à jour continue de la documentation technique et fonctionnelle du SI pour assurer la pérennité du savoir. Suivi opérationnel : Animation d'instances : Vous pilotez les réunions de suivi d'activité (points hebdomadaires de maintenance) et les revues d'incidents majeurs avec les éditeurs et partenaires. Responsabilités : Stratégie de Recette et Management de la Qualité Stratégie de tests : Vous déterminez le périmètre de tests, les environnements, les jeux de données et les critères d'acceptation.
