Grâce à sa fonction d’observatoire social et à son plaidoyer, l’association défend l’accès aux droits fondamentaux de ces personnes en se mobilisant auprès des pouvoirs publics pour plus de justice, d’équité et de non-discrimination au sein des politiques sociales. Description du poste Rattaché·e à la Directrice SIAO / actions transversales, le/la chef.fe de projet conventionnement et diagnostic territorial a pour mission de piloter le déploiement des conventions tripartites Drihl/SIAO/opérateurs dans le département, ainsi que de réaliser un diagnostic territorial. Missions principales Signature des conventions tripartites Présentation de la démarche Présenter la démarche auprès des partenaires, organiser les rencontres de présentation. Présentation des éléments opérationnels et juridiques et remontées des questionnements Expliquer les éléments opérationnels aux opérateurs en représentant le SIAO 93. Recueillir les éventuels questionnements des partenaires et les faire remonter, potentiellement a l’UD-DRIHL. S’assurer que des réponses y sont apportées. Suivi de l’avancement des signatures Assurer un suivi précis de l’avancée du projet ; en effectuer un reporting régulier. Diagnostic territorial des difficultés rencontrées par les structures et des relations qu’elles entretiennent avec le SIAO 93 Construction de la méthodologie Réaliser des entretiens et des groupes de travail avec différents partenaires dans le but de construire une méthodologie (quantitative et qualitative) Déploiement de la méthode Réalisation d’entretiens qualitatifs, passation de questionnaires en masse et/ou individuels, analyse des données du SIAO 93. Production d’une analyse.
