Il assure l’opération des patients et des patientes comme leur accompagnement, afin de favoriser un retour à domicile précoce. Dans la même optique, les prises en charge ambulatoires sont également privilégiées et l'activité opératoire optimisée, pour faciliter l'accessibilité aux soins dans un délai raisonnable. Le service d’ophtalmologie des HUG est, depuis sa création en 1878, le premier pôle d’ophtalmologie dans le canton de Genève sur le plan du diagnostic, des traitements des maladies de l’œil ainsi que de la recherche. Il s’appuie sur des méthodes de diagnostic les plus modernes, des techniques au laser les plus innovantes et des méthodes chirurgicales d’interventions faiblement invasives. Ses valeurs premières sont celles d’un service universitaire. Description du poste Vous assistez de manière autonome, sur le plan administratif, la cheffe de service dans la gestion d’un service regroupant plusieurs unités ou entités, tant dans les domaines cliniques, académiques et de recherche. Vous assumez l’interface entre les différentes filières professionnelles et contribuez à la maîtrise du fonctionnement global du service. Vous traitez l’ensemble des informations administratives et assurez la gestion des relations internes et externes y relatives. Vous recueillez les informations nécessaires à la constitution de dossiers pour la prise de décisions et assurez leur suivi. Les tâches et responsabilités principales portent notamment sur la gestion de l’agenda, du courrier, des réunions et des consultations de la médecin‑cheffe de service, ainsi que sur le suivi administratif des dossiers en lien avec le fonctionnement global du service. Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC d’employé ou employée de commerce et d’un Brevet fédéral d’assistante ou assistant de direction ou toute formation jugée équivalente. Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie de 5 ans dans un poste similaire, secrétariat et / ou assistanat de direction. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ou de l’allemand à l'oral comme à l'écrit et une capacité avérée de rédaction. Vous maîtrisez une autre langue étrangère. La terminologie médicale vous est aisément compréhensible. Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques (niveau ECDL Advanced sur Word, Excel, Powerpoint et standard sur Web).
