Description du poste Le principal objectif du poste est d’assurer la bonne opération de l’ensemble du département de tarification afin de maximiser le revenu par siège-mille disponible (RASM) en initiant des actions et des réactions quotidiennes basées sur le contexte concurrentiel et en appliquant les principes de tarification. La personne responsable travaille en étroite collaboration avec les analystes de tarification, les équipes de gestion des revenus (RM), de changement et de pratique (RMPC), de programmes/alliances et de marketing. Tâches et responsabilités Diriger et encadrer une équipe d'analystes de tarification afin de garantir des performances de haute qualité et une croissance professionnelle Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'équipe de tarification, en fournissant des conseils sur les méthodologies, les outils et les meilleures pratiques Effectuer des évaluations régulières des performances et fixer des objectifs de développement clairs pour chaque membre de l'équipe Communiquer et renforcer la stratégie de tarification auprès des analystes, en veillant à ce que les meilleures mesures soient prises. Mesurer les performances de l'équipe à l'aide d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Gérer le suivi des réunions et veiller à ce que les initiatives soient mises en œuvre dans les délais appropriés. Mettre en œuvre et optimiser les procédures de contrôle et les pratiques commerciales. Veiller à ce que les politiques de tarification soient respectées et appliquées sur tous les marchés d'Air Transat. Plus précisément, veiller à ce que les mesures de tarification soient conformes aux performances et à la stratégie définies. Cette action s’effectue notamment : Analysant les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires fixés par l'entreprise, Analysant les indicateurs de performance (tendances actuelles et historiques), Suivant les informations de veille concurrentielle avec les analystes, Validant et recommandant les meilleures actions à mener. Elle s’appuie sur les principes clés de tarification : segmentation de la clientèle, tarification et élasticité de la demande. Garantir l'attractivité des prix et la mise en œuvre d'une tarification tactique sur tous les marchés, en restant constamment attentif à l'évolution de la concurrence (surveillance des prix, retour d'information du marché) et en analysant en permanence tous les mouvements de la concurrence. Assurer la cohérence des mesures tarifaires avec les attributions de sièges correspondantes. Cette action est menée en étroite collaboration avec les analystes de la gestion des revenus. Coordonner les équipes chargées de la distribution des prix dans GDS/ATPCO et Radixx afin d'assurer la mise en œuvre la plus efficace possible sur le marché. Coordonner les activités quotidiennes du département (répartition des tâches) et assurer la formation continue des analystes. Participer aux projets du département, en particulier ceux visant à améliorer la productivité de l'équipe et, plus généralement, la qualité fournie par le département. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire Plus de 6 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des revenus et de la tarification aérienne, dont au moins 2 ans à un poste de gestion direct ou transversal. Formation, compétences interpersonnelles et dynamisme : compétences avérées en matière de formation du personnel, capacité démontrée à motiver une équipe tout en la responsabilisant vis-à-vis des résultats. Excellentes compétences en communication (anglais et français)* et en synthèse : capacité avérée à simplifier, démontrer et persuader. Autonomie, esprit d'analyse, rigueur et souci du détail Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Suite, DDS/Cirium, Infare, Power BI, GDS et APTCO, ainsi que d'Architect. Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de distribution des tarifs aériens, de la gestion des revenus et de leur interaction avec les systèmes de distribution et de service aux passagers.
