Dans le cadre de la préparation de la saison cycliste, de l’Arctic Race of Norway et plus particulièrement du Tour de France, vous assisterez le service Hospitalité et Relations Publiques dans le suivi de la campagne d’invitations des programmes TOP VIP, gestion de la communication invités et sur la mise en place de la restauration sur les programmes hospitalité du Tour de France. Vous aurez comme principales missions pour le Tour de France : (80%) Accompagnement et gestion de la campagne d’invitations des programmes TOP VIP : (50%) Prise en main – création des outils de suivi des invités du programme en course Suivi de la campagne d’invitations en course (export et consolidation fichier, relance partenaires, suivi fichier aérien…) Création d’outils pour les trombinoscopes Développement d’outils informatiques pour consolider des données personnalisées sur chaque invité Assurer le back office du programme depuis le siège de ASO Contact régulier avec les partenaires du Tour de France Accompagnement sur la gestion du personnel du Tour de France : (10%) Aide à l’organisation de la formation du personnel Accompagnement sur les contrats cadres avec le service juridique Organisation de déplacements Accompagnement sur la restauration du Tour de France : (20%) Assurer l’application du cahier des charges préalablement établi Suivi du respect du budget alloué à chaque programme d’hospitalité Consolider avec les directions internes les besoins en restauration pour le TDF Vous aurez comme principales missions pour l’Arctic Race of Norway : (20%) Accompagnement sur la production de l’épreuve (10%) Prise de contact avec les directions internes pour créer les espaces invités (logistique, signalétique, sportif) Renfort opérationnel sur la gestion des espaces invités (10%) Présence terrain sur la gestion des espaces Travail en équipe avec les bénévoles locaux Vérification de la conformité des espaces VS le cahier des charges fourni Profil recherché : Vous êtes actuellement étudiant(e) en formation supérieure de niveau BAC+ 4/5 en école de commerce ou en formation universitaire.
