Description du poste Tes chouettes missions ​ Rattaché à Daphnée, Cheffe de produits sénior Epicerie au sein de l’équipe Marketing, tes principales missions seront :​ 1/ Piloter les projets de développement à horizon 2 ans: innovation et rénovation de nos recettes sucrées, en animant & coordonnant les équipes clefs internes (qualité, R&D, achat, logistique, finance, agence graphique interne) et nos partenaires fabricants afin d’assurer leur qualité d’exécution optimum (recette, pack, respect des délais) et leur rentabilité.​ 2/ Conduire les étapes de validation nécessaires en interne pour fiabiliser le potentiel des lancements (gestion des SAS), en estimant la faisabilité industrielle, financière et commerciale & en validant l’intérêt consommateur / business.​ 3/ Préparer des revues d’innovation engageantes pour la revente auprès de nos distributeurs.​ 4/ Participer au travail collectif de veille concurrentielle​ Tu interagis au quotidien avec les partenaires fabricants et les équipes achat / qualité / R&D / logistique / finance / l’agence graphique interne.​ + Tu participes joyeusement à l’ensemble des autres chantiers de la Bananeraie et à la vie quotidienne de la tribu ! ​ Qualifications Tes atouts et toi ​ Tu as un profil marketing, 5 ans d’expérience minimum et tu es un véritable passionné de recettes sucrées.​ Tu es expert en gestion de projet et as une forte expérience en développement de produits et lancement d’innovations/rénovations. Tu as un bon esprit de synthèse, une forte orientation consommateur, et la fibre business. Tu as un fort esprit d’équipe et une bonne capacité à fédérer autour de tes projets Tu es reconnu pour ton sens de l’organisation, ta rigueur et ton leadership Tu maitrises également les différents aspects d’un P&L et la langue de Shakespeare.​ Et tu es bien évidemment sympathique, passionné, ambitieux, malin et brillant !​ Informations complémentaires Timing/Contrat La Tribu t'attend dès que possible pour une durée indéterminée.
