Rattaché au Directeur Transport Ile-de-France, au sein d’une équipe en forte dynamique, vous interviendrez sur des projets ou des sites à forts enjeux : Grand Tertiaire (La Défense pour une grande partie) et en retail essentiellement. Vous assurez 2 grands typologies de missions : Maitrise d’œuvre : projets de création ou de remplacement d’ascenseurs études de conception à la livraison des chantiers (maitrise d’œuvre globale ou de BET Ascenseurs). Suivi d’exploitation de parcs d’ascenseurs. Sur la 1ère thématique, votre rôle est de concevoir les solutions techniques optimales répondant aux besoins et exigences du Client et de suivre leur bonne mise en œuvre. Vous êtes, notamment, en charge de : Rédiger l’ensemble des pièces techniques (Avant-Projet, Projet, Dossier de consultation) Accompagner le client dans la consultation, la négociation avec les soumissionnaires et la constitution du dossier marché Valider les éléments techniques des entreprises Assurer la Direction de l’Exécution des travaux jusqu’à réception des ouvrages.
