PERSONAL PROFILE

This role will suit a wide range of experience, from university students with some kitchen experience through to those with decades behind them looking for a part time role.

WORKING HOURS

We are looking for someone to assist us on Sundays with breakfast and lunch service. Additional hours are available to candidates with suitable experience.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and production, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing to the overall success of our kitchen.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is essential.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and cooking.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
