Description du poste La Direction des projets structurés du groupe ALTEN recrute un chef de projets Missions principales Piloter le Delivery d’un portefeuille de projets dans une démarche d’amélioration continue (Qualité, Coût, Délai) -Estimer les charges et délais de réalisation -Structurer, planifier les activités et suivre les compétences allouées aux projets -Organiser et animer les instances de pilotage -Présenter un reporting opérationnel régulier interne et externe -Sélectionner vos équipes opérationnelles En appui de Chefs de projets senior, manager fonctionnellement les équipes projets (entre 15 et 30 ingénieurs selon profil) -Représenter ALTEN sur site client En fonction de votre expérience et de votre expertise technique, vous pourrez : • Participer à l’élaboration des offres techniques en phase de Réponse à Appel d’Offres, en collaboration avec le pôle commercial et en appui du Directeur de projets. • Être référent pour des projets à forte complexité technique • Identifier les talents, coacher des responsables d’équipe / responsable de lots, et ainsi assurer leur montée en compétences Qualifications La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus. Qualifications Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou équivalent Bac+5, vous justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience minimum dont une première expérience en environnement de production industrielle. Vous bénéficiez également d’une expérience réussie en management direct (5 à 10 personnes minimum) ou animation fonctionnelle d’équipes de plus de 15 personnes. Reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre orientation service, vous saurez exercer votre leadership à bon escient, auprès des clients internes et externes de l’entreprises en veillant au développement de vos collaborateurs et aux intérêts de l’entreprise.
