Recouvrement & Relation Client (environ 60% des missions) C'est le cœur de votre mission. Vous êtes le garant de notre cycle de facturation et trouvez des solutions pour nos clients. Gestion des impayés (Entreprises) : Assurer les relances par mail puis par téléphone pour les factures de financement de formation. Gestion des impayés (Apprenants) : Gérer les relances téléphoniques pour les échéances de paiement individuelles. Suivi proactif : Piloter les échéanciers, suivre les promesses de paiement et assurer la traçabilité de vos actions. Support client : Traiter les demandes spontanées (changements de RIB, demandes de délais de paiement, questions sur une facture) avec écoute et efficacité. 2. Gestion Administrative des Financements Vous êtes le lien essentiel entre nos apprenants et les organismes de financement. Saisie des dossiers : Assurer la saisie administrative précise et la mise à jour des dossiers de nos apprentis sur les différentes plateformes OPCO.
