Chef de Partie – £34,000 + Tips

Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section and work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Running your section confidently and efficiently

● Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard

● Maintaining excellent presentation and attention to detail

● Managing mise en place and stock for your section

● Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

● Supporting other members of the brigade during busy services

● Helping maintain consistency and quality across the kitchen

About You

We are looking for someone who:

● Has previous Chef de Partie experience, or is an experienced Demi Chef ready to progress

● Is passionate about cooking and quality ingredients

● Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail

● Is reliable, organised and works well under pressure

● Has good food hygiene knowledge

● Is a positive and professional team player

Experience in French or modern European cuisine would be an advantage.

Salary: £34,000 per year + tips and benefits
