This position involves cooking and kitchen assistance at a Japanese restaurant that has been in business since 1872 (Meiji 5).
A chef's license is not required.
[Main duties]
Under the guidance of the head chef, please work at your own pace to improve your cooking skills, which will lead to your career advancement.
Desired personnel
A chef's license is not required.
Please use your past experience to bring a fresh perspective to the store.
Selling points
Despite being a long-established restaurant with over 150 years of history, it attracts many customers from outside the prefecture and even from overseas, allowing you to learn a highly flexible style of cooking backed by a solid foundation.
We value each individual and offer career advancement consultations while proposing tasks that fit your life plan.
In addition, we have about 20 staff members of all ages working in roles such as waitstaff and dishwashers, all of whom are valued for their individuality.
Working hours and days
9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (with breaks)
- Working hours may vary depending on booking status.
