OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food industry, showcasing a strong background in fine dining, catering, and food service management. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the culinary field, with a strong emphasis on fine dining or banquet experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift management.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary techniques.
  • Experience in menu planning, food production, and restaurant management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices is preferred.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is an asset but not mandatory; practical experience is highly valued.
