Description du poste Le Chef Économat est chargé de gérer efficacement les activités liées à l’économat de l’hôtel. Son rôle principal consiste à assurer l’approvisionnement en produits alimentaires, non alimentaires et consommables nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’établissement, tout en optimisant les coûts. Responsabilités principales : Réception de la marchandise : Vérifier la conformité des produits reçus avec la documentation associée (bon de livraison, rapport de réception, bon de commande). Stockage : Organiser et classer les marchandises dans l’économat, en veillant à leur bon ordre et à leur bonne conservation. Contrôle des sorties : S’assurer que les produits prélevés de l’économat sont conformes aux bons de prélèvement approuvés. Suivi des stocks : Maintenir une traçabilité précise de tous les mouvements de stock. Propreté et sécurité : Garantir l’organisation, la propreté et la sécurité des stocks dans l’économat et les chambres froides en tout temps. Gestion des stocks obsolètes : Effectuer une révision régulière des stocks pour éliminer les produits obsolètes ou à faible rotation, et informer la direction. Contrôle de la gestion des stocks : Vérifier périodiquement les écarts entre le stock théorique et le stock réel. Clôture mensuelle : Préparer à la fin de chaque mois un état des stocks conformément au plan comptable de l’hôtel, pour la passation au grand livre. Respect des normes : Assurer le respect des lois juridiques, fiscales et des procédures comptables uniformes. Profil recherché : Diplôme en comptabilité, gestion des entreprises ou dans un domaine équivalent. Expérience préalable dans la gestion des approvisionnements dans le secteur hôtelier. Maîtrise des meilleures pratiques et procédures comptables. Excellentes compétences en négociation. Forte capacité d’organisation et de gestion du temps. Bonne connaissance des produits alimentaires et non alimentaires. Compétences analytiques pour la gestion budgétaire et la résolution de problèmes.
