JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passionate Sushi Chef Helper to join our team. As a Sushi Chef Helper, you will play an Important role in supporting the sushi bar operations, assisting the chefs with preparation tasks.

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred

• Assist the sushi chefs with the preparation of ingredients for sushi.
• Prepare and cook sushi rice, ensuring the perfect consistency and temperature.
• Roll sushi and cut rolls according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar.
• Perform basic duties such as sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and high-quality preparation of sushi dishes.
• Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are always followed.
