Description du poste Contexte Notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur ferroviaire, renforce son équipe dédiée à l’introduction de nouveaux produits dans le domaine du tramway. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Project Manager – Introduction Produit (H/F) chargé d’accompagner les phases de préparation, réception, mise en service et garantie des rames livrées au client final. Vous interviendrez en soutien méthodologique et opérationnel auprès des responsables Introduction Produit, avec une forte interface avec les équipes SAV et les équipes support du constructeur. Missions principales 1. Pilotage projet & revues (WP1) Assurer le suivi et la livraison des livrables selon les standards internes en vigueur. Préparer et contribuer aux revues qualité, financières et de work package. Réaliser le reporting hebdomadaire et garantir le respect des jalons clés (GO/NoGo). Veiller à la bonne tenue du budget, du planning et du suivi des actions. 2. Animation & coordination des activités Introduction Produit (WP2) Participer aux réunions du comité projet tramway et actualiser le plan d’action associé. Coordonner les activités entre les équipes internes : SAV, retrofit, logistique… Produire et suivre les indicateurs de fiabilité / disponibilité des rames. Mettre en place, suivre et piloter les plans d’amélioration continue. 3. Gestion des anomalies & amélioration continue (WP3) Prendre en charge la gestion des constats d’anomalies et piloter les démarches 8D. Animer les analyses de problèmes (Ishikawa, revues CA/8D, ateliers résolution). Suivre la mise en œuvre des actions correctives et garantir la tenue des délais. Assurer une communication claire et structurée sur l’avancement des résolutions. Qualifications Profil recherché Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet industriel, idéalement dans le ferroviaire ou un environnement technique complexe. Bonne compréhension des logiques de validation, mise en service et fiabilité produit. Maîtrise des outils de pilotage projet et des démarches de résolution de problèmes (8D, Ishikawa…). Capacité à coordonner plusieurs équipes et à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés. Rigueur, réactivité, sens de l’organisation et goût pour le terrain.
