Civil/ Structural Engineer Co-op
Klohn Crippen Berger’s Vancouver office has a co-op position available for a Civil/ Structural Engineering student to join our Power and Transportation Group. This position is available for either a 4- or 8-month work term.
This opportunity will allow you to work alongside a talented and diverse group of professionals and grow your engineering skills and experience. Students are assigned to a variety of civil/structural engineering assignments related to design for hydropower, bridge, marine and transportation projects. We strongly emphasize the importance of field experience to our staff, and every effort is made to assign the student to a field related project for part of their posting.
Current projects include: BC Hydro projects including seismic upgrade projects at John Hart Dam, Ladore Spillway and Strathcona Dam, BC Ministry of Transportation highway and bridges, and CN rail track expansions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a recognized engineering program
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license
• Willingness to travel
• Eagerness to learn good engineering practice
