SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Foundational knowledge of TTA (Tungsten Total Agility v7.11 or higher, formally Kofax) Architecture and components, such as Transformation Module, Insight and Ingestion/Export Channel integration
• Experience with TTA IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) patterns involving OCR, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and other engines revolving around the optimization of document classification and extraction.
• Experience with Generative AI integration and solutioning, such as Copilot interaction models.
• Knowledgeable with best practices for integrated SaaS solutions (including 3 rd party services across internet)
• Experience with shared service ecosystem components and HA/Distributed architecture (IIS, REST, MS SQL, F5, Azure) with key focus on optimizing SLA’s and reducing latency
• Operational Excellence minded, with proven track record of maximizing resiliency and dynamically adapting for rapid growth.
• Asset: Experience with other integrated ECM and digitization solutions such as IBM FileNet P8, Microsoft O365, RightFax

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

• University or post-graduate degree
• Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
• 10+ years relevant experience
