We’re hiring a Engineering Manager to join our Scout team—Remitly’s agentic AI team responsible for building AI-powered experiences that help customers send money and complete tasks wherever they are—whether on Remitly’s website, mobile app, or third-party platforms like WhatsApp.
As a manager of the Scout team, you’ll collaborate across teams to enable money transfer functionality on external platforms and help other domains by providing them with a robust conversational AI platform. You’ll lead a full stack engineering team, guide technical strategy, and collaborate with partners in Product, Design, and Analytics to bring customer growth and business impact. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional partners including UX, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing, as well as most platform engineering teams, giving you exposure to a wide range of technical and business challenges. You will be reporting to Senior Engineering Manager.
